How quickly will I know about an outage?
Checks run every five minutes on the paid plans, and the alert email is sent on the first failed check, so you normally know within five minutes.
Do I have to prove I own the site?
Yes. You add a small file, a DNS TXT record or a meta tag, and monitoring starts once we can see it. That stops anyone pointing our checks at a site they do not control.
Can I cancel myself?
Yes — cancellation and plan changes happen in your own dashboard, with no email to us and no cancellation fee.
